How long does enterprise onboarding take?▾
Shared-cloud enterprise accounts can be live within a week. Single-tenant deployments typically take 4–6 weeks. On-premise or air-gapped installations are scoped individually and typically take 8–12 weeks.
Can we use our own engagement letters?▾
Yes. We provide AI addendum templates that you can incorporate into your existing engagement letters, or you can use our standard AI Use Agreement click-through. Your choice, per client if you want.
What practice management systems do you integrate with?▾
Clio is our primary integration (bidirectional: matters, contacts, time entries). PracticePanther and MyCase adapters are on the Phase 2 roadmap. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations with any PM tool through our API.
Can we run a pilot before committing?▾
Absolutely. Most enterprise customers start with a 30- or 60-day pilot with a subset of attorneys and clients. We'll set up the pilot at no cost and measure ROI together.
